SocioZK is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to support strategic decision-making processes in dynamic data environments. This role requires high-level technical expertise and leadership skills to analyze complex data sets, develop machine learning and statistical modeling applications, and provide strategic guidance to business units through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to develop deep insights that support business objectives.
- Model Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning and statistical models, effectively presenting results to business units.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to guide projects; lead data science initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Automation and Efficiency: Develop innovative solutions to automate data processing and modeling workflows, optimizing existing systems.
- Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to effectively present analysis results and recommendations.
- Research and Innovation: Explore new data science techniques and machine learning algorithms, identifying best practices and integrating them into the company’s data strategies.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to their career development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge and application experience in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in data security, ethics, and privacy issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data management and machine learning applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical and analytical methods.
- Ability to keep up with industry trends and produce innovative solutions.
